Once you join the affiliate program, you earn a 10% commission on every subscription payment and credit purchase made by a customer you referred, for 12 months from the date they signed up through your link. Commission is calculated on the pre-tax subtotal of each payment — never on sales tax or VAT collected on top of it.
A customer is attributed to you when they sign up using your referral link or code within 60 days of first clicking it. Each customer can only be attributed to one affiliate — whoever referred them first. Attribution does not transfer if the customer later clicks a different affiliate's link.
Each commission is held for 30 days after the underlying payment to cover potential refunds or chargebacks before it becomes available for payout. If the underlying payment is refunded or charged back — at any point, including after payout — the corresponding commission is reversed.
Payouts are processed manually and paid out in USD. If you were paid in a different currency, the payment is converted to USD using the exchange rate at the time the commission was earned. The minimum payout amount is $50 — commissions below this threshold accumulate until you cross it. You must add payout details and accept the tax declaration below before requesting your first payout.
You are solely responsible for reporting affiliate income to your local tax authority. We do not withhold taxes from your payouts.
We may suspend an affiliate account for fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or abuse of the program. We may also update these terms or the commission rate for future earnings; changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned.
